Pricing & Delivery

All prices are listed in the stated currency. Physical products are manufactured in Canada and shipped from:
Suite 482, 9-3151 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna, BC, V1W 3S9, Canada

Please allow up to 6 weeks for processing and delivery, depending on order volume and shipping method.

Order Processing

  • Certificates are processed and shipped only after payment has been received.
  • Orders placed October–February: processed within ~4 weeks.
  • Orders placed March–September: processed within ~6 weeks.
  • Processing times do not include shipping.

Shipping Options

Airmail

  • May take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
  • Not trackable—no tracking numbers provided.
  • Strongly discouraged. IYT is not responsible for lost airmail shipments.
  • Lost shipments sent by airmail will require replacement costs plus shipping.

Courier (UPS)

  • 3–5 business days depending on location.
  • Includes tracking number.
  • Standard rate covers a 1 lb UPS Express Envelope.
  • Larger orders exceeding the 1 lb limit will incur additional charges based on weight and packaging.
  • Your Order Manager will confirm shipping costs once the order is assembled.

Certificate Shipping

  • Recreational & Professional ID Cards: Airmail or UPS envelope (up to 25–30 certificates). More than 30 requires additional charges. Schools may receive up to 4 by airmail; 5+ must be sent by courier.
  • Dinghy ID Cards (Gold/Platinum): Airmail or UPS envelope.
  • Dinghy Paper Certificates (Bronze/Silver): Courier only (UPS envelope, PAK, or box, depending on quantity).

IYT Products Shipping

  • Gold Seal Stamps for Passports: Airmail or courier (to schools only, not students).
  • Green Hardcover Duplicate Certificates: Courier only.
  • IYT Full-Size Flags: Courier only.
  • Boating & Sailing Passports:
    • Up to 4: Courier, UPS 1 lb envelope.
    • Up to 8: Courier, UPS 2 lb envelope (additional cost).
    • More than 8: Courier, UPS PAK or box (additional cost).
  • IYT Seatime Logbooks: Courier only. Large orders may require custom packaging and adjusted shipping costs.
