General Information:
IYT offers elearning courses through its website iytnet.com and hands on training through a global network of licenced schools. The domains iytnet.com and iytworld.com are associated websites and are wholly owned and operated by International Yacht Training Worldwide Inc.

Pricing and Delivery:
All prices are in the stated currency. Please allow approximately 4 – 12 weeks for the delivery of physical products, which are selected to ship by airmail, unless the courier option is selected. Physical products are made in Canada and will be sent from our Head Office; Suite 482, 9-3151 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna, BC, V1W 4B3, Canada.

  • Certificates will be processed and shipped only after payment has been received
  • We attempt to process all orders within 4 – 6 weeks but this does not include delivery time
  • Airmail may take up to 12 weeks to reach final destination (depending on location), if at all.  Airmail is not traceable so there is no tracking number.  WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE AIRMAIL AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST AIRMAIL SHIPMENTS.
  • If airmail is the chosen method of shipment and the package is lost, you will be billed for the cost of replacement plus shipping.
  • Courier takes approximately 3 to 5 business days depending on location and you will receive the tracking number when your order ships.

Refunds:
Orders for online courses and bespoke cards are not refundable. Physical product may be returned unopened for a full refund to the address given below. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. User Content and Conduct Disclaimer:
All material uploaded or submitted to IYT’s website or affiliated platforms must be lawful, respectful, and free of any explicit, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
IYT reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion and to suspend or terminate access for any user or institution that violates these guidelines.
Abuse, harassment, or inappropriate communication toward IYT staff will not be tolerated and may result in suspension of access.
Uploading or submitting any content through IYT systems constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Authorisation and Reproduction of IYT Certificates:
All International Yacht Training (IYT) licenses, certificates, and credentials are the exclusive property of IYT Worldwide Headquarters. Only IYT Headquarters, located in Kelowna, Canada, is authorised to produce and issue the official physical certificates.
Use of digital versions of IYT licenses or certificates, whether printed copies or digital files displayed on a phone or device, is permitted for identification and verification purposes.
Any unauthorised reproduction, alteration, or distribution of IYT licenses or certificates beyond these approved formats is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
If a replacement or reprint of an official physical certificate is required, it must be requested directly through IYT Headquarters or an authorised IYT partner school.

This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it and how you can update, manage your information. This updated version of our Privacy Policy takes effect on 25 May, 2018.  This policy is important so we do hope you will take time to read it carefully. Publication Policy:
No part of IYT publications may be reproduced, stored in any retrieval system of transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronically, mechanically, photocopied, recorded or otherwise, without the consent of International Yacht Training Worldwide.

In addition, IYT certificates may not be reproduced, copied or altered in any form or by any means, electronically, mechanically, or otherwise, without the consent of International Yacht Training Worldwide
