Membership Levels

IYT offers two levels of school membership:

  • Level 1 – Recreational Courses
  • Level 2 – Professional Courses

Recreational partner schools may deliver training from entry-level programmes such as Personal Watercraft Operations and Dinghy Sailing through to advanced courses like Yachtmaster Ocean Celestial Navigation.

Instructors must hold the appropriate qualifications for each course a school is approved to teach.
