IYT Partner School “Algarve Cruising Center” in Portugal now approved up to Recreational Yachtmaster & are Offering Mileage Building Cruises!
We are proud to announce that “Algarve Cruising Center” has been approved to expand their course offering to include IYT’s Recreational Yachtmaster Coastal and Offshore.
Owner/Instructor, Ricardo Barradas, and Instructor, Geert Van Hassel, are highly qualified, experienced instructors and have been approved to instruct the IYT Yachtmaster courses. The company is also offering mileage building cruises. “Mile Building Gibraltar” is a 300-mile 8-night cruise, departing from Faro, crossing the Gulf of Cadiz, to Gibraltar and back to Faro. On the cruise you will be able to add night watch experience, learn how to work with AIS, radar, and get plotting and chartwork practice.
