Diane Reid Sail Training Joins IYT
We are very pleased to announce that Diane Reid Sail Training and Coaching has joined our network of worldwide partner schools.
The school is approved to teach our recreational sailing courses up to International Bareboat Skipper and our VHF-SRC course. They are also approved for the International Certificate of Competency (ICC) which is mandatory for chartering in some areas of the E.U.
Because Transport Canada now recognises IYT’s ICC as meeting the equivalency to “proof of competency” for operating a pleasure craft with motor, candidates who complete the ICC training do not have to get an additional PCOC.
Owner and Instructor, Diane Reid, is highly qualified and has a vast amount of experience to share with her students. This winter Diane is teaming up with Spartan Ocean Racing Skippering a whirlwind of adventure racing and passages.
